Canceling / Changing Your Purchase

 

You can cancel your order within 8 hours after it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments. Please contact with us by sending an email addressed to [email protected], we will assist you.

 

 

Our Return Policy:

 

Your satisfaction is great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send a return request mail to info@monistclothing.com within 14 days of your delivery, we will assist you. Since, we offer a free shipping for all your returns, we will direct Fedex or DHL team to collect the product. Therefore, please wait our guidance after sending the return email.

 

The product(s) should be returned unused and in original condition, with all tags still attached.

 

The refund will be compeleted after receiving the returned product(s) and checking the return conditions. We will tranfer the payment to your credit card after 5 (five) days of getting the return product(s) and inform you.

 

Late Returns:

 

Any product returned outside of the deadline for returns will not be accepted.
